Nope, and its a real shame. It would be relatively easy to include in their collections file format, although getting the user interface right to avoid confusing a lot of people might be tricky. Let's hope its something they add someday...

I seem to be reading the OP's question differently, as in, can the user create a collection...not create a collection WITHIN a collection
