The URL filter overwrites the "follow off-site links", so in this case it doesn't matter whether it is checked or unchecked.
But you are right. Here we could also have simply unchecked "follow off-site links" and remove the URL filter. Sometimes I forget the obvious, probably because URL filters give you so much more control  Whether it is better to use URL filters or to uncheck the off-site option, I don't think it matters in this case. Maybe processing URL filters takes a little bit longer (not that you could notice any difference on today's computers). Cheers Alex |

Update: if you use your method, you must also make sure to "Follow only links hat are sub-folders the root source paths" - otherwise, you would also start downloading http://www.palminfocenter.com/forum/

Until now it seems to be working. But I expect the new mobile channel to have more features now or soon.
