It works very well on my Clie, as long as my battery holds out using the WLAN.
I hope other sites follow this format in the future, as it's much more pleasant, and much faster loading than the full version (at least under Netfront). |

"Free", and requires a mandatory login. I think "teh Intarweb" is trying to redefine what the word "free" means.

No, this is not intended for offline reading, in general. It's intended for PDAs or phones with a net connection, to go there instead of the full Register site (as the mobile version will load much faster that the full one, and will look nicer).
