genealogy program?
Anyone run across a good genealogy program - free preferred but might pay for something that works.

I wonder if this one would work? It says you can get it at Slideme.
http://www.telgen.co.uk/families/ Ouch! It's expensive! And no reviews yet . . . |

Thanks, had not found that one, though it works with a pc program I do not have. I've found some but can't seem to find them for download, may have to get market going on my rig.
I have two installed on my pandigital but cannot find the files to back them up and transfer them to the edge. Most apps are in system/apps, but not these two. Have dug around for way too long and find nothing but where the data is stored and there are no hidden files there so ???? on where they are stored. Only one of those two works. There are couple others but you have to sign up for them, may have to do that. thanks again. |

If your other device(s) are rooted, you should be able to create .apk backups by installing and using Titanium Backup.

The PC program the "Families" app works with is a free download from their website, if that helps.

Went an easier way :-) my pc program will create a website so did that and copied it to the sd card and open it in a browser :-)
Works fine, all I want is the info, don't need to edit it. Thanks for the ideas! |
