The SD card is corrupt, and I can't make an image from it.

It worked!
My Kobo Clara HD wouldn't wake, no matter what cable I connected it to or how many ways I hit the power button. Disconnecting the battery didn't solve it. Before buying a new battery, I decided to try flashing the provided image onto a new SD card to see if the SD card had gone bad. I have lots of spare SD cards lying around. I wasn't able to create an image from my existing SD card.

It booted up perfectly!

Thank you to the mods of this forum for saving me $190 on a new e-reader and saving the planet from more e-waste! I don't think I'll be upgrading this bad boy anytime soon as popping the back off is easy, and the SD card and battery are user-replaceable with a little know-how.

You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for PMs to be enabled.

Hi,

After a problem with my kobo i tried to remove the sd card but the card didn't survived, and i couldn't saved the content of it.

Is there a way to have the image of the kobo libra 2 model N418 ?
Can i use another SD card ? and do you have a procedure for this case ?
