Question manga reader for linux with MIPS CPU

Hello, I'm thinking about buying a skytone Alpha 700, mostly to read mangas, but there are some points bugging me.
I'm not a linux expert, as I only know ubuntu.

If I understand well, you need to have a program compatible with the cpu.
So I would like to know if there are any good manga reader that work with a MIPS cpu?

How do you change page without any button?

thank you

Seriously, if you want software for your device then don't buy anything with a MIPS cpu.
