Kindle 10th gen not getting recognized on PC
My kindle device (10th gen) is not getting recognized in PC (win 10). Current firmware vr is 5.16.2.1.1
Port and cable seem to be fine. The device is charging but not showing up in file explorer. Did reset, driver update; didn't work. Any solution? or alternate way to get "My kindle clippings"? |

Try with another cable.
Ereaders can sometimes be fussy about USB cables. Are you sure the cable you used is meant for data transfer and not merely for charging? I have one such cable; when I use it for connecting, my ereaders aren't recognised, while there's no problem with another cable. |
