Reorder pdf pages from booklet/zine to conventional?

I have some pdfs which were formatted as "ready to print" booklets/zines.

page 1 includes back cover, front cover.

page 2 includes 1, 62.

page 3 includes 61, 2.

page 4 includes 3, 60...

I want to read them without having to print them. I have a number of tools which can split these pages into 2 pages each. I am looking around and there seem to be a number which can split pdfs into separate even and odd, but not work with the A,B,B,A,A,B,B,A ordering here, putting the "A" pages in reverse order after the "B" pages.

Any suggestions?
