Does iBooks and ADE respect opf:file-as ?
Hi !
I’m trying to understand how ADE and iBooks file the ePubs, when sorting by last names. It seems they file the epub using dc:creator in the .opf file, and not using the opf:file-as attribute. For exemple :
. When you choose name sorting in ADE or iBooks, then this ePub is filed at J and not at S… Am I doing something wrong, or is this feature still to be implemented ? |

Most eBook Readers sort externally to ADE since they usually have multiple file types so it is hard to generalize the behavior. But if ADE on a PC works as you have described then that it only really applicable to that one application.
