I think my favourite holiday present as an adult has to be the one from the yeti last year - a pair of nearly knee-high boots that fit around my rather broad calves!
As a child it was getting a camping set for my Pippa dolls, which meant they could be proper explorers (I was never into the fashion element of fashion dolls, but they were forever mounting expeditions on my nanna's "rockery" - it was chunks of broken concrete and the like with the odd pland growing in it, surrounded by railway sleepers. Great fun for a small kid to clamber over and have her dolls climb and explore). |
