The test seems to be poorly design in my opinion. Multiple choices question like those can be answered using common sense, prior background knowledge, or just luck.

Short 15 minute entertainment though, thanks.

I got 332 wpm/91% comprehension on that test, and that's without any explicit training and not in my native language...

I clicked START, clicked STOP almost immediately (I did let my eyes scan the text) and was rewarded with 7325wpm speed.

My comprehension was put at 91%.

And I didn't even really read the text at all.

Fun little entertainment, as Bubble says, though.
