From what I've read so far (I don't have access to the device) - yes, it's true. Apparently it's planned for an update - or, to be more correct, Ratta published a roadmap for new features to be introduced in late 2021, and it was in there; but it still hasn't been done.

That was the deal-killer for me. After I heard that I moved my attention fully over to the Boox Note Air.
