navegator problem

hi folks, i have a problem
sometimes when i open a page, instantanly the page is closed,
for some websites it happens frequently.
what should i do?

Hi acgand!

Do you have the EE (10" model) or the PE (pocket)? The EE has a browser-crashing problem that shows up in Ermine. If you do have the EE, the easiest fix is to disable javascript. I think it was Gunner who figured that out. In the browser go to menu/settings and uncheck Enable Javascript. It will cause problems with some websites, but at least you won't have that instant close!

There may be other solutions now, I'm not sure. I keep javascript off unless I need it for a particular website. Then of course I forget to turn it back off until the browser crashes again!
