Registering your device

Morning,
I am having problems with the registering process the 11 steps , I keep getting error messages. I've tried calling there tech support but everytime either I can't get through or they weren't available and of course there closed. Can someone please HELP!!!

Hopefully we can help you. Can you describe which step you're stuck on and what the error message is?

To speed up getting you help, go to https://www.entourageedge.com/support/index.php and search for "Step Setup" in the "Search Questions & Answers" box. This will give you a listing of all the set up steps. Find the one you're at and follow the instructions.

Post any questions you have here.

I have figured it out on registering on adobe all my information wasn't
Loaded,so once I did that I had no problem registering my pocketedge. Question? Have. you heard about a game called Farmville. I want to play that on this device but don't know how. Can you or anyone help me please?

Isn't "Farmville" a Facebook game. There is a Facebook app or just browse to facebook.com

Facebook farmville doesn't support this type of device which is an android. I need one that will suppprt my device. HELP

Found the following article from July: http://www.addictivetips.com/mobile/...le-on-android/. From what it says, Farmville may not work on the current version of the eDGe because it may require Android 2.x, while the eDGe currently runs 1.6 (2.x is in the works, however). A later article from early Nov (http://www.knowyourmobile.com/mobile...o_android.html) indicates it still isn't available, not formally announced, but still likely. No mention of what version of Android it will require.

Meanwhile, as Gunner suggests, you can try accessing the Facebook website to play online, although it might not work if it requires Flash 10.1 (the key piece perhaps that requires Android 2.2).
