Non-English Fonts and LRF

Hi. My name is David and I am posting to this forum for the first time although I have reading a few threads.

My question is: How many non-English fonts can be used in LRF? I work in several languages other than English and wanted to know if unicode fonts within a document could be converted within a LRF? Specifically, Hebrew, Greek, Syriac, Akkadian, Ugaritic. . . . I also do work in Japanese, but I figure it should work . . . or am I wrong here?

Thanks for your help!
