Moon+reader pro list by import date not working properly

I'm having a little problem that's quite irritating me... importing new ebooks (calibre on computer) into moon+reader pro on my tablet and getting the list to display the way I want. The all books "list by import date", well, just doesn't. There's a chunk of 30 or so books that are always at the top, from an import months (and hundreds) of books ago. And so all the newly imported books do list by date but you've got to scroll down past these older ones first. Help! Why is it doing this???
