How do you like the device? Is it okay for reading on at only 800x600 resolution at that size?

Have a look over here https://www.mobileread.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=205 particularly the hands on review and the comparison I did with an iPad and a Sony prs-t1. The short answer is, as long as you've got lots of light then the black and white readability is pretty good as it uses the full 1200x1600 resolution of the panel. It's the colour resolution that's 600x800.

Thanks. That technology is a lot more complicated than I originally thought it might be. I'll have to revisit those links after I get a good night's sleep (dreaming of perch, no doubt).
