DX and PDF highlighting&notes

Hi and thanks for reading my post,

(JFYI I am preparing to buy my first e-reader)

the last time I checked, DX had no ability to highlight and annotate PDF files unlike Kindle 3. Did Amazon add this ability to DX by now or is the situation the same, please?

Many thanks in advance!

Amazon has not added highlighting and annotation to the DXG yet. Or if they did, I have yet to see it on my DXG.

If it is something that you would like to see please email Amazon and let them know. Heck, call Amazon Kindle Customer Service and let them know there as well.

I think they know very well, but I bet they have their reasons and we can only guess what they are. Kindle 4 + DX2 w complete PDF support comes to mind right away but who really knows what goes in the minds of corporate executives?
Anyway thanks for your answer, here goes your karma...
