alreader and cover images

I really like alreader on my kepler. However, the cover images shown on the home screen keep disappearing and turning into generic ones whenever I open a book with alreader. Has anybody else observed this? Any idea how to fix?

I have the same problem with my T-68. I couldn't fix it with any of the things I tried

AlReader dev suggests restoring factory defaults and later use either only AlReader or only OReader. The two apps can't be used simultaneously from now on. If you open OReader only once, it will break the integration of AlReader into the launcher and vice versa. This happens because sdk included in the AlReader's apk is not compatible with that of OReader. They address the same functions of the Onyx launcher differently.

Could it be possible, with root privileges, to reset library/Oreader/Alreader to fix the issue without a factory rest?

There is a new version of Alreader with a new function to not interact with onyx launcher.

I can't speak russian so I can't ask Alan about it...

Have anyone tried it? It is still necessary to do a factory reset to get a working library?
