Can I set the book cover as a lock screen on the Moaan InkPalm 5?

Just picked up the InkPalm 5 and was surprised at how much I like it. I am still learning all the ins an outs, but one thing i would love to have is get the book cover on the lock screen. It looks like there should be a way to do it, but I can't seem to figure out the "Cover Image" setting.

EDIT: After messing with the settings, I was able to get the book cover to get saved to an image when opened and set it as a lock screen. But, it doesn't seem to change automatically.

I remember on Android there was an option where you can extract book cover to a folder. Then you need to point this folder in your settings to set wallpaper, outside KOReader.

That's pretty much what I did, but it seems that the way it's implemented on the InkPalm doesn't read the image every time. It's probably getting cached somewhere.

I also have an InkPalm. It seems it doesn't reload the file.

With Pocketbooks happens the same but the process that puts the cover can be killed when opening a book so it reloads the new cover.
