TOC in rtf?
Is there a way to have the TOC auto detect on Calibre, just look out for bold text in an rtf file? Rather than the world chapter?

Convert it to EPUB, then unzip the EPUb, look at the HTML and from that figure out the correct XPAth expression to put into the TOC detection options and then re-convert.
