I just figured that you meant that the screen was larger on the ipad than on the iphone and was much better for older eyes when doing specific image viewing.
Right now, I am considering going back to the kitchen and getting another scoop of ice cream. |

Just got back from an early morning visit to Duke Gardens. We're experiencing horribly high humidity levels - I could only last about an hour there, even though the trees & water drop the air temp by about 10 degrees, and there was a fresh breeze. I retreated dripping with sweat back home.

Just finished watering what us left of the garden and picking a few tomatoes. No strawberries today, but oranges are on and doing well.

Working on my computing setup. Still trying to figure out how to properly bond the wired and wireless NICs together on the laptop.

Listening to some music, and finally setting up my new media partition. Going to be a long night of tagging everything. But it'll be much nicer this way.

Just got done trading my fresh-picked, garden tomatoes for their fresh-picked garden chiles with the neighbors and doing a quick watering.
I'm also trying to figure out how to get done what needs to be done without having to travel today. So far, I haven't found a way. |

Planning the modification of an Opinel pocket knife. I need to remove the rear rise on the handle, and turn the blade configuration into a 'drop point.' I want the finished knife to look like this. A good project for a rainy Monday!

My sister and I just booked a week away in a bungalow park in November. We've booked an apartment with view over the Veluwe lake. We're both really looking forward to doing nothing/not much for a week!

I like that description. It's almost time to start thinking about doing the same here; pull up the last of the garden, clean and store patio furniture, pack away the umbrellas and cover the BBQ... whew, I am starting to get tired just thinking about it.
Enjoying my coffee and staring into space before getting ready for work. |

I just came in from doing some work outside. A battery powered angle grinder I ordered arrived yesterday, so I finally started working on cutting up the pool so it can be removed easily. I cut up about a third of it and used two battery charges and wore down one cutting disk in the process. Glad I ordered extra disks. I figured it would take more than the two that came with the tool.
