New author joining up after learning about MobileRead!
Hi everyone, I'm Jasmine. I'm an environmental spec-fic author. Generally, I write adventure or epic fantasy, but I enjoy the odd sci-fi short story too, as well as other genre-busters. I find the mysterious and powerful natural events of the planet to be incredibly inspiring for my writing, so I try to have the environment of the story play some role (as Serenity was the tenth cast member in Firefly ) whenever I write. Please note, my blog is titled "No Politics, Just Planets"; I have no agenda to push aside from appreciation of nature.

I'm just getting started on my publishing career. I have a handful of free short stories over at Smashwords, and my first novel, The Wicked Heroine, is now available at Amazon.com. Its concluding sequel is in editing now.

I'm happy to be here, and I look forward to meeting and learning from you guys!
