Can PC version be installed on a different Drive

I used the PC install from my device to load the Kobo eReader on my XP system. Unfortunately it installed on my C: drive and I was not given an option to install it elsewhere. My C: drive is full and now I am having system problems. Would the download from the web site give me a choice of drives to install on? Can I move the installation easily?
