Doesn't wordle.net not do it (semi)-automagic, if you feed in the link, or text? And I'd guess there's other sites as well that do the same.

At the bottom of this page on the following link is an example of a "word cloud" I'm used to seeing.

Just for the heck of it, I Googled, found a page entitled A very basic e-book primer: What should it cover?, and pasted the following text from the article into Wordle.net:
