32 ounces of Pu erh Toucha. Working on 16 ounces of Bancha and 17 ounces of Tea's Tea Unsweetened Golden Oolong Tea. Not bad.
I love where I am training. They have a food pantry that is insane and we can use it all. I have restocked my cars emergency food pantry (Beef Jerky, different energy bars, water) and am working on the office pantry. They feed us breakfast and lunch (yesterday was BBQ ribs and today was Kabobs). Life is good. |

Without google translator "erare humanum est, perseverare diabolicum" sounds right.
After I meet Her from high impact aerobics class, I am going to translate all 4 options ![]() Cuppa#5 was Green Pu-Erh. Cuppa #6 A new tea. Bai Mu Dan Tie Guan Yin 'Iron Goddess of Mercy' Grade C October 2010 Nice tea....green oolong. So far, I didn't find any difference between this tea and Te Ji Tie Guan Yin 'Iron Goddess of Mercy' Grade B Spring 2009 |

Smoothiewise, I made a classic. 100 ml of ice cold water, 2 carrots, 3 orange wedges, 1/4 of a peach. 3 ice cubes. Too sweet, for my taste. but little daughter wanted a glass. She actually helped in manufacturing it.
![]() ![]() Next time, I'll just make carrots with lemon juice. If I keep eating like this, and I think I will, as I feel great, and might even look great by the teasing smiles of the teachers, I should start to think of calcium supplements. Bye bye reblochon, bye bye parmigiano, even mozzarella is gone. Tomorrow, for supper, I try my hand with raw romanesco, the green fractal cauliflower. I am thinking of eating it raw with a dip/sauce of avocado. Avocado and celery? Avocado and cucumber? Avocado and tomatoes? Think, Beppe. ![]() |
