Well, they still swear my purchases didn't qualify, but they finally gave me the credit after my second email.

I have to call them myself! I didn't get the credit, and I bought:

1493 ($35.00 regular price)
The Good Lord Bird ($27.97)
Anything That Moves ($26.59)
The Luminaries ($33.61)

I used credits for all of these except Anything That Moves, which I got at a Whispersync for Voice price of $4.49. If they're trying to use that to disqualify me, they've got another thing coming!

I just looked again at my account. My receipt is showing price: $12.99 and paid: $0.00 for 1493. When I go to the book's page, it shows $35.00 regular price, $24.50 or 1 credit member price, and $12.99 special price (I think this was the Whispersync price, but it doesn't show as that for me because I already own the e-book & the audio).

For some reason it seems to be counting the Whispersync price as the regular price.

OK, I'll stop posting about this now! It just got me ticked off & I had to vent.

I don't have either book. I see $12.99 on the Kindle page and $35.00 on the Audible page. Call them, because $12.99 is NOT the regular price of that audiobook; it's $35.00.

I'd forgotten about the Buy 4, Get $10 offer. The titles I purchased were all Whispersync titles, and in talking to the Audible rep on the phone just now he insisted one of the titles I purchased was only $12.99 regular price. I told him that wasn't what I saw from the webpage, and I intentionally made sure the regular price of each book was over $14.95 to get this credit. Sooo.... after doing some checking (and finding one of the books had three different prices in their database), he told me the coupon might still be applied by 2359 PST, but he would flag my account so that if it wasn't applied by then, the $10 credit would be manually applied tomorrow.

We'll see.

I didn't get my credit either I'm going to contact them later, I'm kind of used to them mucking up these promos so as soon as I saw the Yes you qualified counter I took a screenshot of it and saved it They either need to adjust their fine print and there counter or pay the credit as promised doing other wise just ticks people off.

I took a screenshot of my qualifying counter, too! I sent them a long email detailing all my purchases, the listed prices, the prices I paid. And attached the screenshot. We'll see.

I know I said that was my last post on the subject before, but I can't stop myself! They do this every time!!

They do seem to have issues getting this particular promo to some people every time they run it. Thankfully I've not had an issue yet.

I do think it has something to do with the WS 4 Voice discounts and things not registering right in their system. I don't recall anyone having any problems back before WS 4 Voice started.
