It is oolong or blue type of tea.
I am not good at describing flavour beyond saying that I like it and it is a bit sweet, although there is no sugar in it
Our Pro ProfCrash can say a lot more. Till then...
Quote:
Milk Oolong Tea is said to get its unique flavour from a sudden temperature shift during harvest, which causes the tea to develop this amazing milky scent and flavour.
Quote:
Milk Oolong is a variety of oolong tea that is truely unique. This tea's unique flavour come from sudden climatic changes in the region where it's grown, that cause the leaves to take on a milky, almost sweet, flavour and scent.
Quote:
Milk Oolong Tea produced a light yellowish liquid with milky sweet aroma and smooth and sweet lingering taste. Milk Oolong Tea is a very special hand processed tea from Taiwan. Milk Oolong Tea is produced from tea leaves at certain time, temperature, altitude, soil conditions to get the milky silky texture. Our Milk Oolong Tea is naturally processed and not scented.
Quote:
the majority of milk oolong that Americans have access to is a scented tea. It is cheaper to produce and the majority of people cant taste a difference. That is why the ‘real’ milk oolongs are priced much higher.
I have no idea what I drink. Whether it is scented or the real one. It is yummy!

and a bit of romantic atmosphere...
Quote:
This limited-edition oolong from the Wuyi Mountains of China is velvety smooth and lightly creamy, with a subtle hint of orchid. It’s said that it came about when the moon fell in love with a comet. The comet passed her by, as comets will do. The moon cried milky tears, which chilled the tea fields, withering the leaves and giving them a delicate creaminess. It’s been a rare luxury ever since.
Indulge
I just found this I have other oolong teas from Wuyi Mountains. I think they grow tea on rocks. I love other oolongs from this area. I would love to try this milk oolong.

To be honest, if I tried to lapidate you, I am afraid all the stones would come back my way with double force because I would not drink earl grey even with milk and sugar. Bergamot is not for my cuppa.

No jewellery except the ring. I dislike jewellery on men
Only once I wanted to buy a chain with name when we visited Chichen-Itza 3 years ago. They were making chains with pendant constructed of Mayan letters representing one's name, either from gold or silver or mixture. We thought to make our names and swap.
But good thoughts come almost always too late If I ever visit Chichen-Itza I will do it.

I will try to see where I can get milk oolong around here. There has to be a tea shop in Marbella, that is going to charge me more for 100g of the milk oolong than for the same weight of saffron for sure . They may also ask for my first born. And since I will be in Marbella anyway (which I tend to avoid for obvious reasons), I'll have a look at the jewellery shop. Just a look.
A cup of tilleul now. Linden in german, what is it called in english encore ?

Nighty night everyone !

Edit: I hate piercings and tattoos. But everyone around us seems to either have one, or more. And it does not look good on women over 40, imo, but who is listening anyway. The world is weird........

Bows and flows of angel hair and ice cream castles in the air
And feather canyons everywhere, I've looked at clouds that way
But now they only block the sun they rain and snow on everyone
So many things I would have done, but clouds got in my way

I've looked at clouds from both sides now
From up and down and still somehow
It's cloud's illusions I recall
I really don't know clouds at all

Illusions... so many illusions....

Good morning, everyone. A strange wake-up today... What is 'real' and what is dream? Anyway, time for tea! Amazing how that can always improve my mood!

I'm going to have that new Ahmad 'Hampton Breakfast' tea today and see if yesterday's impression was correct. A bowl of muesli, yogurt, and fresh fruit beside it. Let's see...

If it is the same then Not an overpowering drink...& on the weak side would be my description of it. It is not even close to Ahmad English Breakfast.
Yep! Same conclusion! It's remarkable how different the Ahmad teas can be! Their English Breakfast tea is very good, but all the other's I try seem not to measure up. Not even close! I almost bought another of the Ahmad line that was named something like 'English Morning' tea, but before I got to the check-out line noticed that it contained Bergamot.... Bleech!

Piercing... In today's world men are required to take a extremely gaudy strip of cloth, wrap it around their throats, then tie it tightly in some sort of ceremonial knot so they can then be called 'civilized. It does have its roots in usage as a napkin 'way back when,' but what is the root of piercing?!?

Another cup of tea... but I think it will be an Assam from the East India Company. I need something that tastes good!

I think astra did a fine job with Milk Oolong. If you end up drinking a tea that has a creamy taste to it and almost feels like melted butter on your tongue then you have the real Milk Oolong. It is sublime.

Milk oolong is my next step. I'll ask the lady pusher about it. That means going back to tea drinking. That means going back to a wiser way of living. Why not?

Roots. Like the head shaping of the Maya. It is the sense of belonging, or not belonging, that is being different. Commitment. A few times I had the desire of scratching some initials on my arm, with a rusty nail. That's Tom Waits rather. Luckily I am still unblemished, untouched by these primitiveness. Maybe I am keeping myself for when I meet the real one.

But he is following your "dangerous" paths, as his mother nagged you for. So nothing is lost really.

Anyone interested in how my dinner went last night? I'll tell you anyway It went great ... No, great is an understatement. There are no words for it ... It turns out making a guy's favourite dessert is a great way to get kissed. And kissed again. And again. Oh boy.

In my cup: double cappuccino. I'm trying to get into work modus, but I'm failing big time.

Pictures, or it didn't happen.

OK, so no pictures. I'm happy that this is working out so nicely for you. But I have a feeling that 'any' dessert may have resulted in the same activities, no? I hope this romance continues to grow and grow. I don't think we've had anyone getting married here since I've been around.
