Storms last night knocked out my internet until 11 pm.

Today = sunny, 80's F.

Holiday weekend = 90's F, storms ....

Warm but not humid, which is usually the case in the Netherlands, at 26C today. Tomorrow it'll be 30C, so I don't expect it to be very busy in the store (will bring my mini fan and Kindle with me). On Sunday it'll be a bit cooler again, but it's predicted to get humid and clammy.

Beautiful day, today! Temps were in the mid 80s, the humidity was low, there was a breeze and the sky was a mix of sun and clouds! And today was one of my afternoon walking days!

Friday is supposed to be pretty good, and the forecast for Saturday has improved.

We had strong breezes today and low humidity. It was mostly sunny, and the sun was strong enough that my blue jeans got uncomfortably hot if I stayed still. Today, it felt like summer.

Rained last night, rained off & on all day, still pouring rain tonight

When I rolled the trash cart down the driveway, I was escorted by a 'color guard' of lightning bugs .. very cool!

It rained -- well, drizzled -- all day yesterday. We had thunderstorms overnight and they were supposed to continue through the day, but they blew themselves out. It was humid but I was able to get in a good walk. Temps were in the 70s, so the humidity was more "clammy" than "steam house."

It's cold, and windy. Wind currently is about between 5-10km/h (which isn't bad) but regular gust up to 50km/h, it's been blowing like that (and stronger) now for 20 hours, and with the storm that's raging currently in Cape Town expected to hit here tomorrow and Friday, I doubt the wind will subside. The wind has already blown 3 roofs of houses in the township this morning.
