Would a careful reading of the rules reveal that posts only need to be posed as questions, and not that they must be genuine queries?

Are threads like government bills? In that the title has no legal relevance, all that's important is the text of the bill or the body of the post?

Wouldn't that indicate that every statement in a post in this thread must be a question? Thus, wouldn't three statements have to be made in the form of three questions?

Wouldn't doing an automatic mental translation (converting questions into statements then converting responding statements back into questions) eliminate confusion?
