Hebdomadaire is French for weekly, so I think hebdomedal is the English version, both via Latin.

I think a valetudinarian is genuinely in poor health, as well as being somewhat obsessed with said health. Mr Woodhouse, after all, doesn't live very long after the book ends.

Yes hebdomedal means weekly and I'll give you points for valetudinarian as well. it is one who is obsessed with preserving his or her health not necessarily because its poor or the person is a hypochondriac.
