Hubby told me turn on the a/c he was too warm. He's always complaining he's cold. It's a warm 75 in the apartment though.

Right now it is sunny and 81.
But then here January is usually warmer than February.
Or in other words, keep winter and summer clothes out from the middle of September to the middle of May. Or at least a jacket.
And 4 days ago, it was 18 for the high.

All stores are out of bread. Milk and eggs are scarce. They are predicting 1/2 inch of ice. People are panicking. It's crazy. I hate ice storms.

It was overcast and temps were in the mid-60s today, and they're still in the upper 50s, but they'll be dropping fast Friday. Saturday's snow might miss us. Sunday is supposed to be cold but sunny.

27 below zero air temp this morning. Thankfully, almost no wind.

The wind was so bad yesterday, it almost knocked me over on my walk to the bank. Plus it almost looked like a white out with the snow blowing off the piles in the parking lot. The pile is getting quite impressive!

State of Emergency declared here, National Guard has been called in. I put 10 bottles of tap water in freezer just in case to save what little food we got.
