You think that's odd. I killed at mosquito that tried to fly in. This is November and bugs are flying around the porch light!

I can match that bug sighting and top it with a spider bite on my ear that I got whilst raking leaves!

And we're back to 30's overnight, and daytime high of only 45. (We had a high of 58 or so, yesterday.) So .... enjoy your warm weather. We're sending the cold onward to you again, in the next day or so!

Ouch. I'm in St Louis in the 23 years I have lived here I've never seen bugs past early October. Spiders do not count. They are all year bugs but mosquitoes, moths now they go away for fall and winter. Our ecosystem is confused.

Snow here. We've had a few sprinkles in the past few weeks, but this is the first time it's supposed to stick around for a while

Hopefully it will at least finally kill the fleas outside. They've been horrid this year.

We are supposed to get an arctic cold front Wednesday.
Today is low 40's and gray.

You didn't get the cold? Here, let me forward that on to you. Our "1 inch; won't stick to roads" turned into 4 inches (6 in some places) that stuck quite well, thank you.

Your cold is arriving here Thursday night it seems .... no mention of snow yet ... but I won't be surprised to see flurries

Trying to send rain to East Tennessee/West North Carolina. It rain so hard the other day it froze in the a/c.

Now it's just cold outside upper 20s It's stays 72 in here though without any heat or oven on.

7F out. I dared hubby to go outside. He said no.

It's 70F inside only one baseboard heater going. We have two. One in the back room and one in the kitchen.

We're at 14 degrees with a wind chill factor of below zero. So windy yesterday that we had to have the driveway plowed twice since the wind blew all the snow back over it.

A few more flurries in the air too to go with the 6+ inches of snow we've gotten over the last few days.
