I couldn't see on the left side either but if you go to Account Settings and Apps, there should be a link in the Amazon section, down at the bottom.

OK, thanks. Got it, but it was not easy. The account was already linked, and I had to tell GoodReads to download the purchases.
Thanks again.

Andre Norton books from Open Road Media are free on Amazon!

There are too many links to list them all, so here are 2 of my favorites:

My total would've been higher, but I already had a bunch of ORM titles. I mentioned the DeChancie and Gardner series, for example, but I've had those for a while - so they're not in that list. It might be worth going through their classics, though...

As for justification, I have an easy patch for that which works in most cases:

body { text-align: justify; }

Or, alternately, add that rule to the .calibre class. By setting the main element to full-justify, paragraphs that don't specify a rule default to that instead of left-justify (aka "ragged right").

Maybe there's a US-versus-everyone-else thing at work. Glad to see you both found it, anyway.

Wonder of wonders, Open Road have a Omnibus at a really good price in the UK

The Lyra Novels: Shadow Magic, Daughter of Witches, The Harp of Imach Thyssel, Caught in Crystal, and The Raven Ring 11 Sep 2012 by Patricia C. Wrede

This is the revised version, given a wash and brush-up, so excellent even if you have the original pbooks.

£2.40

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lyra-Novels...dp/B0092G1BOC/

Each individual book is far more, eg The Harp of Imach Thyssel is £8.63

Unbelievable! Thanks to whoever crossposted to the e-reader blog or I would have missed out. I started out being selective but quickly realized that it would save time to just grab everything. Got about 100 crime novels, mostly unknown to me, but hundreds of SF with mostly familiar names - many Aldiss and Nortons, Anderson, Anthony, even a Silverberg and Simak or two.

I may be reading them in the doghouse though when my wife discovers them in her Fire carousel!

Don't bother posting about individual eBooks from Open Road Media. There are a very large amount of Open Road Media eBooks on Amazon.com that are free. There is a dedicated thread for this.

True, but that thread does nothing to help know what genres are represented. I wouldn't have even clicked on that other one, but here in the SFF thread, I found it. AND, I just need to plug Robert Sheckley--looks like about 20 of his novels/story collections in this free offering. Awesome!

Bargain @ $3.49 CAD from Transworld Digital for 4 Terry Pratchett novels in Canada (couponable/VIP discountable @ Kobo, sold by a different publisher in the US, UK price is still £3.99 each):
  • Wyrd Sisters #6 in Discworld series.
  • Thud!, #34 in Discworld.
  • Good Omens co-written with Neil Gaiman, standalone urban fantasy. Well, maybe more suburban/rural.
  • The Long Mars co-written with Stephen Baxter, 3rd in The Long Earth series of science fiction set a few decades into a post-apocalyptic future.

When I want to find books in other genres, I'll open those genres' threads. As it was, I was ignoring 'Open Road,' assuming from the title that it was a travelogue publisher.

Different strokes for different folks, which is why it wasn't exactly constructive to tell someone "Don't bother posting" what I found to be very useful information.
