To be honest I don't remember.
I bought the bottle in Tesco's.

I might give ginger beer another try with a lemon one day but I think ginger flavour in any type of food is not for me

I've been called worse things than a streetwalker, I'm sure! Yep, I'm sure you guys have all got my back...

When I finished my tea last night I decided to try and keep the pyramid for another infusion...but how? I left it on a saucer to drain, but it's not dried out this morning. Refrigerate it until I use it again? Or do I just have to throw it away? It's so pretty it just seems a shame for it to be a one-use thing.

Refrigerate the tea bag if you can. I keep my tea for reinfusion at the desk by I normally resteep in about 30 minutes.

It varies. Students in our academy have to study for 8 hours per day in 2 weeks. Other schools/unis make their students study for a whole month in camp, somewhere on mountain/rural area

Yuck on the training. I do thank God for an all volunteer military and the awesome job they do to keep me and my family safe and free. It is awesome. They are wonderful people who deserve better pay and benefits than we provide.

astra: enjoy your vacation.

This Marrakech market is really good. The mint is not overwhelming. It is refreshing and yummy. I doubt it will enter into my very regular rotation but it is a flavored green I will keep drinking.
