Now I do like some kitchn articles and skillet.lifehacker is ok.

Why just recipe discussion? Why not all facets of cooking discussions? Examples would be rating cooking gadgets or favorite brands of anything to do with cooking or buying food.

I made Alton Brown's meatloaf recipe for the first time last night. I used ground turkey and lean ground beef instead of ground chuck/ground sirloin. I also added an Anaheim pepper from the garden and chopped mushrooms. It was delicious—the best meatloaf I've ever eaten! I'm looking forward to leftovers tonight.
