It was chilly, today, with strong winds. It alternated between partly cloudy with some good sun and brief (but enthusiastic!) rain. When the sun poked through we got up to the high 50s, when the rain fell the temperature dropped to the mid 40s. It bounced back and forth about three times this afternoon.

Heavy overcast, today, with occasional light showers. We're right on the northern edge of the heavier rain. Tomorrow is supposed to be iffy as well. We were promised sun for Thursday, but the weather forecasters have already revised their opinion. We'll see about Friday.

We had brilliant sun today, with almost no clouds in the sky. The temperature got to the (very!) upper 80s (in ºF).

I was able to get some quality reading and tea time on the back deck and put off the yard work, rationalizing that it wouldn't be worth risking heat stroke.

Happened here over the course of a day. The day before yesterday started off with late winter temperatures. By the afternoon we were in early spring, and by nightfall it was time for the a/c.
