At home. It is the second sunny day in a row and instead of lazing around I am wrestling with the Wisteria before she starts to vegetate. I am just taking a break before going back to pruning and pulling down huge amounts of sticks.
Luckily tomorrow I have to go back to work.

Gordon's. I'm not a very sophisticated cook. Right from the freezer to the oven. I'm doing better with the vegetables these days since the introduction of bags that steam right in the microwave. And it's pretty hard to screw-up rice.

When I cook, I go heavy on the vegetables and starches and light on the meat. It's just the opposite when my wife cooks.

Our ex-DIL moved out a couple of days ago, and I miss her cooking; although she was also went overboard on meat, especially red meats and pork. But she knew how to cook fish that would melt in your mouth!

I do have the (costco frozen) Tilapia now and then as well.

That canned spinach is just gross! But Fresh, yes!!

Sometimes I'll add sliced hard-boiled egg, didn't have any this time (no kids around for Easter ).

I put bacon and slices of raw mushrooms on raw spinach.

Grated Parmesan cheese on cooked spinach (chopped).

I make a soup of sticky rice and spinach.
