Yes, 3 for 2 sales are usually restricted to about 200-250 selected titles.

Hard to say. The third credit won't arrive (for those who signed up at the start of this offer) until the end of Nov / first of Dec. Check back then to see what was offered to those who cancelled after spending their third credit.

Last year, after the three-month trial, when you went to cancel, they asked why. If you clicked on price, they offered the next three months for half price. Don't know if clicking on other options also gave the deal, and don't know if this is still offered, but it's certainly worth trying.
