Oh, yes, Lady Blue. She does. But sometimes Zelda forgets and that's when she starts to get cranky. And after awhile all hell breaks loose. As long as she remembers to wear silly hats, things are cool. And she also has to eat chocolate now and then or the same thing happens. And then there's the occasional ZCD which also is not optional. And then once a month or so, she needs to visit the T.....G..... website (linky is to latest cool thing!). There are other requirements to help maintain the universe which is Zelda Land, but I can't remember them all.
