I just had a look at your source, and a small tip:
I think if you added the --inspect-brk command line argument you could connect to the Electron/Node main process for example shim fs.copyFile to 1. get a full list of files to be extracted without needing to query DOM for them and 2. eliminate the manual "open to Thorium and export to epub" step and just have an automated single-step lcpl -> drmfree epub. Feel free to use Dockerfile as reference.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will look into it.
The app was written in couple of hours as a fun little side project which solved the problem.
Not being able to do everything in one step was definitely on my mind but I could not find the solution right away.
The app will be updated if I manage to implement your solution.
