When I copy data for author from Wiki gives me an error - ...FOREIGN KEY constraint failed.
Any solution ? (Win 10)

I wanted to copy this part of Wikipedia (picture 1) in Notes for the author, it is copied like this (picture 2) and when accepting (error). The data remains preserved.

Calibre 7, Win 11. In Metadata all entries pertaining to "Published:" have been changed to Jan 0101. Never happened before. Can't manually correct. A bug, perhaps.

If Jan 0101 is deleted and, say, a different date is typed in, on entering, Jan 0101 returns.
Also, All dates on all books, show published date as Jan 0101. Very strange.
