Physically, 37 (for another few months) -- mentally ... usually ~13, though I make 17 on the occasional good day, and drop to about 11 on the bad ones.

Exactly (well, that, and that his very minor shareholding in Montsnmags Enterprises has a contractual requirement of a dividend of "One nominative acknowledgement per quarter", because he didn't read the fine print, as written by the Nanotechnology Departments legal advisors).
