I went to yoga class Friday... I may go again this week, too. And I'm looking into an Aikido club here on campus. And I've been doing a bit of biking, but still not much on the trainer in my office.

Congrats neko, glad you found one.. May I give you a suggestion though on Aikido, etc.? Leave that alone for now... Focus on the Yoga (Or Aikido) for a few months before getting into something else... One you don't want to overdo it physically which could set you back worse then when you started... And two you don't want to get swamped and find that you just give up on everything...

Starting something new always takes patience because in the beginning it doesn't feel like you are getting anywhere... That will change, but you just have to keep with it...

I mean, who would take care of your dragons if you pushed it and injured yourself?

Well, that last, especially, is sage advice.

I've done yoga before, so that's not really "new," but I'll give this some thought. I was leaning more toward the aikido, actually, but some grad student friends wanted to go to yoga last Friday, and it's free, so I went along.
