How do you claim the giftcard credit? The email says

but when I go there there's nothing about claiming the credit?

The first email had a button (or link) to press to go to the page where they confirmed the credit. The next email showed the credit had been applied. I can’t remember the specifics now, but basically I just pressed the button (or link) in the first email and they gave me the credit. After getting the credit I don't think it was actually viewable until I made a purchase, then the credit was applied to that purchase and labelled as such. See the attached screen captures of the emails I received.

Thanks - I took an item to checkout and the credit was there - be nice if they told you the credit had been successfully claimed...

I'm done with Prime Day. Didn't get the TVs I had hoped for--nothing seemed like a can't-pass-it-up deal. I did get $20 in credits (small business and gift card promos), which I applied to cat furniture. I also added a channel to Prime Video ($1/mo for 2 mos), got yet another KU trial ($5 for 2 mos), and picked up a few books from the Audible sale. Ho hum.

Got my second $10 credit (GC promo) added to my account earlier today.

Note: you have until 07 Aug to spend these credits or you'll lose them.

I’m finished with my Prime Day shopping too. Just got my Echo Buds 2nd gen delivered. Time to set them up. My 2-pack of Kasa smart plugs are out for delivery today as well.

Delivery by Amazon...
USPS used to deliver most of my packages but surprise!... Amazon driver delivered this one and it took only one day. Looks like there is a distribution hub nearby now and I live out in the sticks. A warehouse is also being built in a small city about 10 miles away. They really are taking over the world.

Amazon told me Wed. for delivery of my wife's new kindle & case, but it arrived today which was nice.

I live in the Dallas Fort Worth metro, so we have multiple distribution warehouses/hubs nearby. I usually get the Amazon van delivery, but today they came in a U-Haul box truck. They do that on Xmas deliveries a lot. I guess they anticipated a large amount of deliveries for Prime Day.

Both of my PD items were scheduled for Wednesday too, but both have now arrived today (Tuesday).

I ended up buying some instant ramen yesterday, which let me use my $10 credit. I'm also looking at getting a battery-powered night-light to put in the bathroom in case of power outages. Thanks to LED bulbs with built-in batteries, the rest of the house stays lit up during them, but I can't use those in the bathroom. I'd have to replace all four bulbs with them for it to work, and there's not enough space, since they're a bit taller than normal bulbs.

I recommend those LED bulbs with batteries very highly. It's awesome having the power go off but still having light throughout the house.

They're not discounted for Prime Day, however.

Edit: After looking through my email, I don't seem to have gotten the $10 credits for either gift card purchase, even though it said I qualified when I visited the page for the promos. For those that have received them, what's the subject line?

I received $25 in free money -- 1 x $5 (shopping app promo) and 2 x $10 (gift card promos).

I spent it on a Swiss Army knife. Cost me $1.04 out-of-pocket. I bet Jeff is thrilled. Anyway, Prime Day for me is over. That $1.04 broke my budget. Gotta save now for Black Friday
