I got my De Camp historicals from Phoenix Pick - http://www.phoenixpick.com/index2.htm

They're still there. They have quite a collection of older titles available.

Garrett is available - I've got the collected Lord Darcy (SF Masterworks edition which may not be available in the US).

The last time I looked, I was looking for the Viagens Interplanetarias/Krishna stories which was a hit and miss search.

I picked up the Lord Darcy collection from Baen a few years back and two of the Wildside Press Megapacks. For the other stories I wanted, there seem to be quite a few ebooks out there but the couple I checked out looked like rather poorly done OCRs. It's a total pain spending more time editing than reading.
