Mine has shipped as well. UPS is estimating that it will arrive by Friday. That would be wonderful. How and ever...

Last year when I ordered my Max, UPS messed up the paperwork, and my device was held up in customs for over a week. Indeed, they messed up the paperwork so badly that they only charged me a tenth of what they should have for the taxes.

When UPS eventually discovered their error, they came knocking. I said that I would willingly pay what was owed, but that first I wanted to see the paperwork to confirm it. For some reason, they then declined and said they would waive the outstanding charges. Saved me more than $100. Personally, I think they had lost the paperwork and didn't want to admit it.

Hope the Note arrives in a more timely fashion and without quite the same drama.

Shipped here too, though UPS doesn't have any tracking information yet... I wonder if ereader.store are still creating their UPS labels in bulk...

Just paid my import fees/taxes online: $15.45 ($4.15 taxes + $11.30 brokerage fees + tax on said fees).

My package is apparently in a warehouse/facility not far from where I live. Estimated delivery is still slated for Friday which works well for me.

It appears to have shipped from Germany. Certainly, the Note is not available on Amazon's Canadian website yet.

Four days until it is out here in the US - I hope that's true! Onyx International is still saying end of month.

Did UPS contact you regarding this? Mine still shows pending with UPS but no updates available. It says estimated delivery for Friday, however. The label appeared to have been created Tuesday evening.

Yup, UPS Quantum view contacted me directly by email about the Import COD charges. I could have waited and paid the driver when it was delivered, but figured it didn't really make a difference.

If you weren't contacted, perhaps you don't have to pay any Import charges.

I'm in Canada, and sometimes I get dinged for such charges, while at other times I don't, even when I've ordered the exact same item from the exact same store. I'm not sure what process Customs goes through, but it seems a bit like a lottery at times. I also ordered an extra stylus with my Note so that may be why I got charged. Who knows?

Just one more day... Hopefully.

Seems that way. I still cannot get them to reply to my emails requesting a status update. Definitely not impressed with the customer service so far at all.

According to the tracking details from the UPS website, my package cleared customs early this morning... and yet it did not make it onto a truck for delivery today despite being cleared for transit and despite me having already paid all import fees..

I suspect that it will be delivered Monday. My guess is that there is some stipulation in whatever agrrement that no devices will be received before a certain date.

Not a big deal, but if UPS knew this beforehand, why did they provide an estimated delivery date for today?

Annoying to needlessly get one's hopes up, especially when the package is being held at a facility only about 10km away from where I live and was cleared for transit more than 13 hours ago.

Same here, but received a separate email from UPS Quantum stating that delivery is scheduled for tomorrow - have you all received this, whilst the tracking shows as 'label created'?

Sounds promising! Alas no further UPS emails since the first flurry though I did sign up for updates. Still just showing the shipping label thing for me anyhow.

Same here, no movement on the Quantum view too. Does anyone have anything other than label created?
