I think I'd be a littled freaked out if the robot started following me in the store. I wonder if the robot gets to chase the fish too?

That fish game would keep the progeny entertained for as long as the shopping trip took! And maybe Roger (the robot) could be encoded so as not to let a child leave the game area without the parent (for safety sake, predatorwise). Rather neat place to shop!

What I'd really love is a grocery store that allows you to create your shopping list and pay for it online and then just drive up to the store where they load everything into your car. That would be awesome!

Can shop online at Tesco here and get it delivered over here - only about £5 delivery and with petrol prices the way they are just now it probably works out about even with, if not cheaper than, going to the nearest superstore.
(Also, coz the pick out the stuff for the delivery first thing you get the best fruit and veg, and not the dodgy stuff that's left at home-time)

I do have that, in a very limited fashion, here. I either email or fax my huge shopping list for the animals to a particular store. They have my credit card information at the store, so they just put it all on a hand truck for me, charge me for it, then I drive down and they bring it out to my car and load it for me.

Of course, most times when I do this I buy about $1500 worth of goods ... so I'm like their favorite customer.

Oh yes ..... once a month like clockwork. 20 cats go through a full case (24 cans) of food every day, and 20 pounds of kitty litter ... again, each day.

It's expensive being a crazy cat lady ....

Believe me, I've been in Tescos at 4 and 5 o'clock in the morning when some of the home-delivery parcels are being made up...............Because of what I witnessed, I don't use this service...

They also make up the packages throughout the day, not just in the 'dead' hours...
