I tried to delete a Portuguese User Guide and got the message in the title.

Thus, the delete option is present but can NOT be completed for User Guides. It is not even present for Dictionaries. They both stay in MYK in their own category.

I'm still using the old MYK. The new MYK was deleted when I reset by browser.

No, but at least you can't accidentally delete your loans before you return them. (Perhaps the option should be grayed out. I was a little scared to see that deadly little button available for a checked out loan.)

I went to Manage my Kindle on my Fire HD today.. don't use it online much since I got PC. Anyway the Format was the OLD way! Really surprised as I figured Fires would be 1st...

Thanks to whoever suggested clearing history and cookies. I was getting the new format in Firefox and the old in IE on my laptop. All other devices, two desktops and a laptop, are still getting the old format, which I much prefer.

Just checked in with my MYK page and it's now looking different than the old page was. It does look better in a way though I wish they had highlighted the icon for the search box a bit more. It's so faint a color that it's hard to notice at first. It's the magnifying glass just to the right of where it says "Your Free Time Profiles." Click on it and a search box pops up.

On a desktop browser, that is definitely not the case. The search bar is always there, with a pretty visible "Search" button. Is this when you use a tablet?

Actually that's what I see on my desktop computer using Firefox browser. Maybe it varies with the browser that is used.

Ummmm, wrong answer again... Perhaps in whatever browser you use, but certainly not in all desktop browsers. I use FireFox on a Mac desktop and all I see is a magnifying glass icon. When I click on said icon a popup Search box is displayed.

I'm using Firefox too, on linux.

I can see different browsers being targeted based on the Search Agent and rendering engine, but am a bit surprised that the same browser on two different OS's is displaying differently.

I have the new page (and can see the old page as well trough the link provided earlier in this post). On the new page to the right of my "Search" box are two icons that permit me to switch between cover view and list view. I still have to scroll down to all the books in either view though.

Forgot to mention I'm using Win7 Home Premium. Don't know if there is a difference between how the page shows up between that and Win8 or not either.
