It's available on Kobo US for the Prix Choc of $67.99. It doesn't seem to be couponable in the US, and I've been super busy and haven't had time to travel recently, so not sure about elsewhere.
French editors don't do coupons. At all. Only temporary promotions.

The Tony Cassella Mysteries bundle by Larry Beinhart includes No One Rides for Free, You Get What You Pay For, and Foreign Exchange.

It's published by Open Road, and couponable at Kobo US, and probably lots of other places too.

ISBN: 9781480430327

Quote:
SYNOPSIS

Three riveting mysteries featuring New York PI Tony Cassella—a dogged investigator with a dappled past working cases at home and abroad

In No One Rides for Free, Tony Cassella is a private investigator whose past includes a year or so at Yale University’s law school, a stint as a corrections officer, and a cocaine addiction. Though he’s recently gotten his life back on track, Cassella is drawn to trouble, and can imagine no greater thrill than his latest case: tangling with the SEC in an investigation that leads deep into the federal government. Continuing with You Get What You Pay For and Foreign Exchange, Cassella’s unique talents land him in the crosshairs of the mob, the IRS, and a dangerous world of international intrigue.

Larry Beinhart (b. 1947) is an award-winning author of mysteries, nonfiction and political essays, best known for his novel American Hero, which inspired the blockbuster film Wag the Dog. His first novel, No One Rides for Free (1986), introduced Tony Cassella, a thoroughly modern private investigator who also appeared in You Get What You Pay For (1988) and Foreign Exchange (1991). Beinhart’s next novel, American Hero (1993), told the story of an unpopular president who engineers a war to win re-election. Beinhart has also won an Emmy and a Dagger Award. He lives and writes in Woodstock, New York.

Legacy: Arthurian Saga (Four book bundle of Crystal Cave, The Hollow Hills, The Last Enchantment and The Wicked Day) by Mary Stewart is selling for 6.99 over at Amazon. Really high ratings on Goodreads and Amazon. I've read the first few chapters of the Crystal Cave, and can attest that they are good - very well written.

According to the description on Amazon's page, this omnibus is published by "KGStudios via Smashwords." So, if you're interested in getting it in epub without converting via Calibre, you might check there. It's the same price, $6.99.

It's also on Kobo, via Smashwords distribution, which implies that it should be at most online e-stores.

Promo code eligible at Kobo!

And I can attest to the excellence of these books. Although it's been ages since I first read them, they have stuck with me through the years. (The first 3 have, at least. The 4th came out quite a bit later, and is not quite up to the level of the others, iirc.)

Time for a re-read!

I thought of the first post in this thread recently:

The Jack Vance collections at Spatterlight Press have already been mentioned, but I just ran into another one. The Jack Vance Treasury is $4.99 at Amazon (US), and Barnes & Noble.

It's also $4.99 at Kobo -- and it's couponable.

I found it because I was looking for The Dragon Masters and The Last Castle. There's a full listing of the contents at Subterranean Press, and a review by Matthew Hughes at SF Site.

Zane Grey Boxed Set

I hope that I'm posting on the correct thread . . . .

I have very little interest in fiction, but when I ran across this it seemed like a fantastic deal and a search showed that no one had posted it yet. I thought that some of ya'll would definitely want to know about it. It's not quite free, but if you consider the price per book, it is about as close to free as you can get. There are some 6266 pages total. Yes, that's 6266 pages. It almost makes me wish that I liked fiction . . . .

Classic Westerns, 26 Zane Grey Novels with Active Table of Contents. By Zane Grey. Kindle Price $1.99. Four and 1/2 stars out of 5 from 120 reviews at the present moment. http://www.amazon.com/Classic-Wester...ne+Grey+Novels.

It's worth pointing out that all these books are in the public domain, and can be downloaded free of charge. However, it may be worth paying the asking price for the convenience of getting them all in one bundle. Depends how well formatted they are.

The first three mysteries by Elly Griffiths featuring forensic archaeologist Dr Ruth Galloway are available in a collection, Ruth Galloway: The Early Cases. The omnibus is by Quercus Publishing, ISBN:9781848669734.

Quote:
SYNOPSIS

The first three cases in Elly Griffiths' hugely popular series featuring forensic archaeologist Dr Ruth Galloway.
THE CROSSING PLACES. Ruth Galloway is called upon to investigate human remains found in the Norfolk marshes, thought to be that of a missing girl about whom the police having been receiving some very strange letters.
THE JANUS STONE. Bones are unearthed on the site of an old children's home. Two children had gone missing from the home forty years previously... but the evidence points to a different crime altogether.
THE HOUSE AT SEA'S END. Ruth Galloway and DCI Nelson find themselves investigating a hideous crime that has been concealed for decades. And it soon becomes clear that someone wants the truth to stay buried, and they will go to any lengths to keep it that way.
I have read all three of these, and liked them. I do lean towards archaeological and/or forensic mysteries, so take my endorsement with that bias in mind.

This appears to be couponable at Kobo India, at least, and probably some other places, as well. It appears that if you have enough Kobo codes, though, or can multi-tab, you're better off buying the individual volumes, since the price for the collection (Rs. 625.29) is higher than the three prices individually (Rs. 173.19 each). If you're "code-limited" however, the omnibus still might make sense for you.

A few new ones (at least I hope they've not yet been mentioned - I may have missed some when looking over the thread) I've come across recently. As usual with these things, may not be available and/or couponable everywhere.

The first six Skulduggery Pleasant books by Derek Landy (HarperCollins) are available as two bundles (not in the US). Although the earlier books are mostly aimed at the 9+ crowd, with the later books getting an 11+ rating and I'd classify them as more YA than middle-grade, I'd say it's one of those series that crosses over well to any age range, provided you like a mixture of action, adventure, horror, fantasy and humour in a contemporary setting.

Skulduggery Pleasant: Books 1-3
ISBN: 9780007520749

Skulduggery Pleasant: Books 4-6
ISBN: 9780007520756

This is another MG/YA fantasy series omnibus:

Brandon Mull's Beyonders Trilogy - A World Without Heroes; Seeds of Rebellion; Chasing the Prophecy
ISBN: 9781442482388

The Mary Russell series by Laurie R. King (all 12 books out so far) has also been recently released as two bundles. I can't locate the first one on Kobo (it's here on Amazon), but this is the second one, for books 5-12:

The Mary Russell Series 8-Book Bundle - O Jerusalem, Justice Hall, The Game, Locked Rooms, The Language of Bees, The God of the Hive, Pirate King, Garment of Shadows

ISBN: 9780804180481
